- Provide an independent legal advice session to ensure your agreement meets the criteria set by the Supreme Court.
- Ensure all documentation is professionally prepared and clearly reflects the agreed terms.
Once your prenup agreement has been drafted and signed, we will securely store a physical and digital copy for your future reference. This provides added peace of mind and ensures that your prenuptial agreement can be easily accessed whenever needed.
